It’s with utmost gratitude and awe I write this blog to you. I eventually realized in my life that no matter what I thought in my head about life being against me or of having any fearful thoughts of the future, that in the here and now there are unseen forces of LOVE working for all of us. What if this force of love was working behind the scenes to weave our lives together… dancing with the grace of the wind and the pureness of our hearts? I’m opening to this grace and I hope you will too.

Stepping off the plane into the Bali airport lifted my spirits with a lightness that could be felt in both my breath and step. I could only imagine what lie ahead, yet the knowing of my intuition kept me steady even though I was stumbling a bit with my face mask and ear plugs, exhausted from the 21 hour jet-lag.
My best friend and I were ushered over to a private hotel representative showing us the fastest and shortest way to our destination through customs, traffic, and the many people surrounding us.
We arrived at midnight Bali time, morning time for my boyfriend, family and friends back in America. My stomach turned from dis-orientation, “where was I again?…!
I don’t know about you, but it moments like these I wonder why I choose such life transforming situations. Deep down I know it’s for the learning, the gorgeous opportunity to see life differently and most of all to come back home to my intuitive center.
I am humbled as I feel my heart expand into this new perspective…
Life is different here in Bali. There is much hustle and bustle, vendors trying to sell you at every corner, luckily our hotel sits in the middle of the chaos like a little private oasis. Motor bikes zip up and down the streets that look more like alleys, coming inches if not centimeters from your skin! I take a deep breath, pause and then continue to move forward.
The vast Indian ocean reaching out to infinity with tropical breezes that kiss my face reminding me of how far I am from home.
Today I spent re-charging, the spa was calling my name before I even woke up! Aching from the over-exposure in the sun from the day before I booked a 60-minute massage followed by a body scrub in which case I froze because of the blasting A/C in the air. I still don’t understand why they use it, I came halfway across the world to feel warm air, not cold!
Regardless I was grateful for the body rejuvenation and felt worlds better afterwards. The biggest take away was a sense of peace that I walked away with. I was able to feel my intuitive center regardless of what was going on around me, what a gift!
Next week I’ll be in Ubud which is in the mountains near the monkey forest… I’ll keep you posted on my adventures there!

Sometimes when our vision is really big, life gives us the experiences we need to grow into that vision. For example, my experience at this festival I was telling you about last week really pushed me past my comfort zone and into places within myself that I never even knew existed. The exciting part is that from this place of the unknown, I could trust deeper and allow love to do its perfect work.
Challenges will come up but it’s the willingness to move forward in the face of past conditioning, pain and adversity that moves us through to the other side. Here’s what I discovered to be the truth underneath everything:

When we perceive ourselves and others from this place of consciousness, we are ONE.
I believe the heart of humanity is good. As we come together in loving-kindness, we will all be a part of the change we wish to see in the world. It is our Divine nature to be kind, to understand and to be understood, to share what we have.
Transformation is always available via our intuitive connection to the Universe. A NEW WAY OF BEING can be chosen… compassion instead of anger, abundance rather than lack, faith instead of fear…
This is the intuitive path and what I call “the illuminated path of your highest potential.”
My heart expands when I hear students thanking me for how I have changed their lives, and I humbly point them back within reminding us both that it’s our Divine nature to awaken the power, prosperity and harmony within.

Steve Jobs called intuition “more powerful than intellect.” Albert Einstein called it the sacred gift. Some of the most important partnerships, products and theories are born from the instinctive feeling of intuition.
The more you exercise this sixth sense that’s available to each of us, the more successful you will become. You can avert catastrophes before they arise and increase your effectiveness.
There are many signs that your intuition is talking to you. In any given situation, you can experience nagging thoughts and feelings of suspicion, anxiety, doubt, curiosity or wonder. Your body has signals like goose bumps for inspiration or a churning stomach when something is off.

The biggest indicator of an intuitive person is that they listen to and heed the signs his or her intuition is giving. Intuition is what sets apart the brilliant from the average.
Here are five ways you can cultivate your intuition:
Your vision is the essence of your legacy, your “why” and your purpose. When you craft a meaningful and encompassing vision for your life, your business and your world, you can use it as a map for years to come.
If you use it, your vision will show you what is in alignment in your life and what is not. Visualize the outcome of your actions.
When you are mindful, you hear and listen to your intuition better because you are aware of your body’s signals and you act quicker. Rather than thinking about what is next or what happened yesterday, you can be in the now, which is much more effective.
The more you are in the moment and present, the more time you will have. Meditation is an extension of mindfulness. It clears your mind of clutter and enables you to hear the small voice of your intuition.
Donald Trump admits, “I’ve built a multi-billion empire by using my intuition.”
Before my dad left for a three-week trip to New Zealand in 2005, I asked him not to go. I didn’t know why, but something just didn’t feel right about it. My sister Heidi had a hunch, too. It turned out that my father was in a near-fatal car accident that left him with severe brain injuries. We didn’t know then just how accurate our intuition about his tragic trip was.
Now, if a business or life decision doesn’t feel right, I trust my gut.

Our subconscious (or soul, if you will) is often the voice of our truest and highest self. It speaks to us in dreams with symbols. You can even ask your dreams for answers to specific questions and keep pen and paper by your bed to record what comes.
At night our dreams show us important clues. Harriet Tubman relied on her dreams to lead 300 slaves to safety. Einstein dreamed many of his theories. By tuning into your dreams and learning to interpret your personal symbols and emotions, you will also become more intuitive.
Listen to the cues your body gives you. Is there a burning sensation in your chest? Do you have butterflies in your stomach? Goose bumps? Did you see the same book title three times in a row? What is the song on the radio saying to you? Maybe you watched a movie and the main character seems to be speaking directly to your life.
There is a whole thread of messages and activity going on in the world just beneath the surface. If you tune into the little details, you may just find your way to answers you never expected.
If you’ve never put much stock in the power of intuition, you’ll be in for a pleasant surprise when you start to pay attention. Things that used to seem elusive will start to present themselves as opportunities. You’ll be able to make quick decisions that you don’t second guess. You’ll gain confidence and peace of mind.
I’m tuning into your hearts and as a collective community I am noticing many themes that we all share, the first is love of this inner awareness of intuition and its ability to guide, support and inspire us on the path of our highest potential.
I’ve been “tuning in” and my guides are urging me to share with you this new found wisdom of being able to connect with your sixth sense through the five senses. What this means is you have the ability to access higher wisdom of this heavenly team of angels, guides and your Higher Selves. You all have this support team available. It’s simply a matter of tuning in and listening to it!

All of this happens because you are the instrument that needs to be tuned for the Divine to work in your life.
