The secret to living your dreams is to trust, believe and follow what you know through the guidance of your intuition. This “inner compass” or internal guidance will lead you to your soul’s purpose and greatest fulfillment in life. It will also point the way to your highest and best self, paving the road to success. When you listen to your guidance, you are led to greatness!
You can tap into this inner guidance by focusing your energy on your heart center. Breathe into your chest and with each breath release more love, then take a breath in to receive more love. Feel safe as you feel this love within your heart. If your heart feels shut down in the moment, simply think about something you love. This will activate your own self-love.
As you are centered in love, bring your awareness to your belly or gut area. Typically people associate their intuition to their gut feeling because it houses your inner knowing. Take a moment to notice where you feel your inner knowing. Notice how it makes you feel!
When you connect with your knowing, you access your truth and the wisdom of your soul. Open to receiving its guidance through your inner knowing and you will led on your soul’s path and greater success. This will make your heart smile. 🙂
