Your sixth sense is you seeing beyond the physical with your third eye, hearing with your inner ear, and sensing with your heart what is the best choice and possible outcome for you. One my students last semester came into the certification program with very little background on connecting with her sixth sense. In class she was able to connect deeply with her intuition through her gut feeling and inner knowing and it wasn’t until after class that she opened to hearing her inner guidance. One day when she was talking with a friend, a personal connection was made to her inner voice when she heard audible words whispered in her ear, “let that go so she can find something even better.” Wow! What a surprise for Anne.

Your guides and guidance can come to you when you least expect it, or even when you do. You just have to listen! Typically guidance is received in third person, as if someone is talking to you (this time it’s just your guide, angel, or higher self). Guides are just like us, energetic forms of energy~ they just vibrate to a higher level and can offer us both objective and more loving guidance in the heart or heat of the moment!

The key to listening is to quite your mind.
