Next, honor your body by bringing relaxation to every cell. Know that you are safe right now. As you read these words, you are connected to your breath, you are connected to God/Spirit/Universe, the aspect of you that is contained in everyone and everything.

Even though we may temporary feel disconnected from this life force energy of our intuition, we are always connected. No matter what happens in the world, in our internal landscape or with those we feel very close to, you and I both know that together we can rise to the next level of LOVE by being the change we wish to see in the world.

Last week I came home and told my boyfriend, “Hey, I’m going to get myself flowers, or would you like to? Either way, I want to experience receiving flowers because it makes me feel loved.”

I knew it didn’t really matter what I chose to use as the “thing” that expressed love, the point was that I would feel loved. That was the essence of the experience…

So I ask you this:

What do you want to experience in your life, and what is it’s essence?

I’ve coached people for over 14 years and whether it’s to make more money, improve relationships or health, it all come back to one thing only, and that one thing is LOVE. It is the essence we breathe, it is life itself.

I used to think that I had to be perfect to receive love, then I realized I was the love, and that I was enough. Don’t let your life, your love, your essence slip away, be courageous and strong and KNOW that you are loved, you are enough and there is a purpose for your life that only you can fulfill.
