- How will I know when I am hypnotized?

Once the chatter of the conscious mind ceases, the unconscious mind becomes more open to receive positive suggestions given by the therapist.
- How does hypnosis work?
- Hypnosis allows both the client and the practitioner to tap into the power of the unconscious mind. The practitioner works with the client to release the past, focus on the present moment, and take the necessary steps towards a promising future.
- Will I lose control of myself in a hypnotic state?
- No. It is absolutely impossible to lose control in a hypnotic state. In fact, most clients are more aware of their environment. The client will only act upon suggestions that agree with their morals and belief systems.
- How will hypnosis help me break my habits?
- Hypnosis is used to help clients overcome unwanted habits by providing new alternatives to the current behaviors that have become habits over time. A habit is a simple thought that was accepted by the unconscious mind as a belief about oneself.
