Core Classes
Core Classes/First Chakra Classes:
1a. Connecting To Your Intuition –This class emphasizes the importance of connecting with our inner wisdom, our gut feeling and divine spiritual connection. In this two part series, Abby will take you through a guided meditation to connect you with your intuition and higher self. She will then show you how to incorporate meditation as a daily practice. Drawing from her personal experience in mediating, Abby has developed a simple and easy way for you to learn how to meditate. From a still and quiet mind, you can access your intuitive guidance much easier.
In the second class Abby will share with you the five secrets to living a joyful, abundant and intuitive life! She incorporates various NLP, Hypnotherapy and energetic healing techniques to help you live on purpose and flow with your highest potential.

2a. Intuitive Decisions- Feeling the essence of your own vibration and others can be very helpful in working with people and interacting in your personal relationships. By establishing personal boundaries, feeling your own energy and the energy around you, you can make positive decisions that serve you, others and your career/ business. A keen intuition is a very helpful for leadership development, corporate management and team building strategies!

2nd Chakra Classes-Inner Child/Sensuality:
1b. Intro to NLP-
This introductory course will give you a basic understanding for how NLP (Neuro-Linguisitic Programming) works to re-pattern your nervous system to help you achieve the results you desire. Interactive techniques and exercise will leave your mind in amazement and awe. NLP is frequently used to release blocks and claim ones personal power.
2b. Healing the Inner Child
Inner strength and sense of adventure can be found in the spirit of a child. By honoring the inner child within, you can bring more laughter, playfulness and fun into your life! This class is uniquely designed for you to give your inner child permission to come out and play, to heal childhood wounds and let your intuition lead the way!
3b. Sweet Release/ Forgiveness Within
True healing begins and ends with love…by allowing the grace of your soul’s wisdom to heal wounds of the past, you can free yourself from resentment, anger and un-forgiveness. Abby teaches a forgiveness process using Timeline Arts Therapy to help you forgive yourself, others, or anything that has ever offended you. This class will leave you with a feeling of lightness, grace and understanding.
3rd Chakra Classes- Claiming Your Personal Power
1c. Releasing Negative Thinking & Limiting Beliefs Believe you can achieve!
Negative thinking has become a dis-ease! The root problem is that most people are living their lives without knowing why they feeling upset, angry or resentful. They are not yet aware of the negative unconscious memories stored in their mind from past lives, childhood and even adulthood.
To release this negativity we delve into the unconscious mind where all long term learning and change takes place. Here we uproot the limiting beliefs and negativity that block us from living freely as we were intended to. Beliefs that no longer serve us fall to the wayside. By clearing both the mind of these negative beliefs, it will be much easier to follow your intuition in the present moment.
2c. Stepping into Your Power
Learn how to consciously choose your thoughts and language to create the life you desire: Cy Pilkington shares with you the power of language; how simple rephrasing, positive suggestions, and new beliefs can shift your perception for the better. Abby incorporates a Timeline Arts Therapy process to help you take your intention into the future and take steps towards it every day. 3c. Chakra Classes- An Open Heart- Connecting with Your Soul
The heart chakra is the gateway to your intuition where all is calm, peaceful, and still. By first opening your heart you are able to better access your intuition.
Our connection to others, life and God is first felt in the heart chakra and then spreads throughout the rest of our being. By gently placing your right hand on your heart, you can begin to feel the warmth of your soul, opening the door to your innermost being… feel your heartbeat gently tapping your hand to the rhythm of life within…
1e. Falling in Love With Yourself-
Whoever said falling in love with yourself was a selfish thing to do?
Taking care of ourselves is the most import thing we can do! During this class you will have the opportunity to activate the heart chakra and truly appreciate who you are, share with others, and experience love in your life again.
In addition to the information and interactive exercises we will be incorporating the use of essential oils to assist in anchoring new states of self-love, appreciation and joy. By the end of this class your heart will be bubbling over with happiness and you will have an new sense of love and abundance to share!
2e. Attracting Your Perfect Soul-Mate-
It’s certainly not luck that brings two people together, it a matter of intention, choice and destiny!
Learn how to define and attract your perfect partner in life. There are many energetic connections for you to align with. From re-kindled past life soul connections to new encounters, there are hearts joining every day! Now is the time for you to be in love with not just yourself, but to have someone reflect that love back to you! In a few short hours Abby and Sigh (Cy) will share their journey of coming together. 2g. Vision Board (online class)
Everything starts with a vision. Take the time to create a vision board showing where you want to go, what’s important to you and your next steps. From the moment I left college until now I have made it a priority to create a vision board. The results have been astounding. Everything that I have posted on my board has come into reality in some way. I have put money on the board and then received large amounts, soul-felt requests for love have been answered and the adventures go on...I invite you to experience the process of seeing your dreams into reality!

There are beings of light and love that I call angels or angelic guides. They are here to support us and assist us on our path. Once you have a firm belief in them, they will appear. All they ask if for your trust and they will pave the way for you with grace and ease. Once you have connected with your intuition, let go of inhibiting beliefs, and believe they will come to greet you.
If you are uncomfortable with the term angel or guide, think of them as positive thought forms that you communicate with. Very soon you will see that they are much more than that and very present to you every day!
